Don’t be Afraid to Ask
All the basics are below, like how to schedule an appointment and how to pay for it. You also might be curious about what we’ll discuss, how you’ll know if it’s “working,” and if you’ll need medication. Maybe you’re wondering why you should talk to an actual person when your online therapy app is working just fine (it’s not). Or you’re worried about confidentiality. We’ve got you covered with some answers below.
SCHEDULING & APPOINTMENTS
Where do you see clients?
We see clients in person at 2600 Denali Street, Suite 711 in Anchorage.
We also offer telehealth appointments; please contact us directly for more information.
If you’re a current patient, log in to the Patient Portal to schedule an appointment. If you’re new to Sanctum, email us to request an appointment.
How do I schedule an appointment?
What if I need my medication refilled?
Please contact your pharmacy. They will send a refill request. Allow up to three business days for refills to be processed. Please be mindful that requests made after Thursday afternoon may not be processed until the following Monday.
INSURANCE & PAYMENTS
How much will this cost?
If you are insured, you’ll want to contact your insurance company directly to understand your benefits, including any out-of-pocket costs. You’ll see which insurance companies we are in network with below. If our services are not covered by your insurance company, or if you do not have insurance, please contact us directly to discuss costs and payment options.
Do you take insurance?
We accept most major insurance policies, including: Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield, Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, TriWest, VA, Medicaid, and Medicare. Several insurances fall under these larger umbrellas. It is best to contact your insurance company to determine if our practitioners are in-network. Our practice maintains a limited patient panel to ensure high-quality, individualized care. We are currently accepting a limited number of new patients. Availability may vary and a waitlist may apply.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes. If you don’t have insurance, or would rather not submit to your insurance, you can pay in cash.
