Meet Holly

Holly Fisk is a lifelong Alaskan who has spent 15+ years helping individuals thrive by embracing their authentic selves.

She is dedicated to providing compassionate, collaborative, and inclusive health care. Her practice is rooted in a strengths-based approach—she believes you already possess deep resilience, and her goal is to help you amplify what is already working while finding tools for what isn't.

She also firmly believes that healing doesn’t always have to be heavy. Humor is her absolute favorite coping skill, and you can expect your sessions to include genuine warmth, lighthearted moments, and a safe space to laugh when things feel tough.

She specializes in working with adults navigating:

  • Neurodivergence: Providing supportive, affirming care for ADHD, autism, and unique neurospicy brains.

  • Gender-Affirming Care: Offering a safe, deeply respectful, and validating space for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals

  • Major Life Transitions: Helping you manage the stress and emotions of career shifts, hormone fluctuations, relationship changes, or identity evolution.

Whether you are exploring medication management, lifestyle adjustments, or supportive therapy, her priority is to create a deeply safe, judgment-free environment. Her approach is holistic and highly individualized. She will look at your whole picture, not just a list of symptoms, to build a care plan that truly honors who you are.
